This policy explains how Arctix Automation ("Arctix", "we", "us") handles personal information. It is written to address both the EU/UK GDPR and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). Questions: arctixautomation@outlook.com.

1. Who we are

Arctix Automation is a sole operator based in Sweden, providing AI automation services to real estate agents in Australia. Data controller: Victor Storm, trading as Arctix Automation, Odalvägen 7, 428 36 Kållered, Sweden, arctixautomation@outlook.com.

2. Information we collect

Contact & booking details — name, email, phone and any message you send when you book a call or contact us (collected via our booking provider).
Information you enter into the tools — property details, features, buyer first names and agent contact details used to generate copy.
Usage data — basic, privacy-respecting analytics about how the site and tools are used (e.g. pages visited), where enabled.
Local storage on your device — your saved agent profile and recent-generation history are stored in your browser, not on our servers.

3. How we use it

To provide and operate the tools and automations you request.
To respond to enquiries and arrange calls.
To improve and secure the service.
To comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal bases (GDPR)

We process personal data on the basis of: performance of a contract (delivering the service), legitimate interests (running and improving the business), consent (where you provide it, e.g. marketing), and legal obligation.

5. Sharing & sub-processors

We don't sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run Arctix, including:

Anthropic — AI model that generates the copy.
Vercel — website and application hosting.
Calendly — scheduling calls.

These providers may process data outside your country, including outside Australia and the EU. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).

6. International transfers

As we operate from Sweden and serve Australian customers, your information may be transferred and processed in the EU, Australia, the United States and elsewhere by our providers, with safeguards as described above.

7. Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymise it. Browser-stored data stays on your device until you clear it.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, to object, and to data portability. Australian users may also raise concerns under the Privacy Act and, ultimately, with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC). 9. Cookies & local storage

We use only essential storage to run the tools (e.g. your saved profile and session). If we add analytics or marketing cookies, we'll request consent where required.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; we'll revise the "last updated" date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you.
