Arctix is run remotely from Sweden, focused entirely on the Australian real estate market and available during Australian business hours. Everything is delivered online, so there's no difference to you in day-to-day work — and you always deal directly with the founder.
Is the copy accurate and compliant?+−
Yes — by design. The tools only describe features you've entered and verified; they never invent schools, amenities or claims. You review and approve everything before it's published, and you remain responsible for accuracy under Australian Consumer Law (ACCC), just as with any copy.
Is my data safe?+−
