1. Who we are
Arctix Automation ("Arctix", "we", "us") is operated by [LEGAL NAME / BUSINESS NAME], based in Sweden, providing AI automation services to real estate professionals in Australia.
2. The service
Arctix provides AI-assisted tools and custom automations — including listing copy generation, buyer follow-up sequences, lead generation and bespoke workflows. Specific deliverables, scope and fees for paid engagements are agreed separately in writing.
3. AI-generated content & your responsibility
- The tools generate draft content from the information you provide. Output may contain errors and must be reviewed before use.
- You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all content before publishing or sending it, including ensuring it complies with Australian Consumer Law (ACCC), the Australian Property/real-estate advertising rules, and any other applicable law.
- You must only enter information you are authorised to use, and only describe property features that genuinely exist and that you have verified.
4. Acceptable use
- Don't use the service unlawfully, to mislead, or to infringe others' rights.
- Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
- Don't enter sensitive personal information beyond what the service requires.
5. Access & credentials
Where access is protected (e.g. a password to the tools), you're responsible for keeping credentials secure and for activity under your access.
6. Fees
Fees for paid services are as agreed in your engagement. Unless agreed otherwise, fees are payable as invoiced and are exclusive of any applicable taxes.
7. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the content and inputs you provide and the final approved output you publish. Arctix retains all rights in its tools, software, templates and underlying systems.
8. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including Australian Consumer Law).
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arctix is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, generated content. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the [3] months before the claim.
10. Termination
Either party may end an engagement as set out in the relevant agreement. We may suspend access for breach of these terms.
11. Governing law
